Instructions E-mail Newsletter Editor if there is anything you'd like to see added to the newsletter or calendar. To view and print the file, you must have Adobe Acrobat, version 3.0 or higher, installed on your computer. If you don't already have it, a FREE Adobe Acrobat reader can be downloaded from the Adobe web site. Just click on the below link and follow their instructions. Download the FREE Adobe Acrobat reader To download a newsletter or calendar, click on the link. If the download dialogue gives you the option of saving it to disk, you can do that, then just double click on the file name to open it. If the PDF file opens in your browser, like mine does, you can print it or save it by using the File menu on the browser. If you encounter problems with the file opening in a browser window, or If you want to save it directly to disk without it opening in the browser, you can right click (Windows users) on the link and select "Save Link As". Mac users hold the CTRL button and click, then select the save option. PS: When you print a PDF newsletter, it should print full page with about 1/2" border top and sides and about 3/8" on the bottom. I've noticed that some print smaller in size. If yours is printing small, un-check the "Fit to Page" checkbox on the Acrobat printer dialogue. This causes the 8-1/2x11 document to be fitted inside the margins of your printer and reduces the print size. Also, sometimes when printing from the browser, all graphics don't transfer. If this happens, save the file to disk, then open it in Acrobat reader and print it. |
